Xabaje Terms & Conditions — User Rights & Responsibilities

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on xabaje:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless xabaje acknowledges an error on its part.

Xabaje may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms and Conditions.
• If the information provided is false or incomplete.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• An inactivity fee may apply to accounts dormant for an extended period (over 12 months).

Users may also close their account at any time through our support team. Any remaining balance will be returned in accordance with our policies.

Xabaje is not liable for the following:

• Loss of bets due to internet disconnection or device failure.
• Errors caused by third-party software or payment gateways.
• Temporary service disruptions caused by unexpected technical issues.
• Losses resulting from a user's own negligence or failure to read the Terms.
